About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic RVP - Director, Sales Officer to lead our sales efforts. In this role, you will establish and nurture impactful business relationships with assigned bankers, their management teams, and clients. Your primary focus will be to enhance and grow the profitability of our originations margins through successful origination of business lending transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively participating in banker meetings and events to drive engagement.

  • Utilizing your market knowledge to develop targeted prospecting lists.

  • Creating and executing a disciplined new business prospecting strategy.

  • Building a strong network of Center of Influence referral sources.

  • Collaborating closely with functional support staff to streamline the closing of transactions.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Expert-level proficiency in business lending.

  • Strong relationship management and new business development skills.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements.

  • A solid understanding of commercial lending products and how to effectively position their advantages to prospective clients.

We seek a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, pricing software, and the HP Financial Calculator is essential.

Senior Contract Management - Director

Blue Bell, PA (REMOTE)

The Senior Contract Management Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, compliant, and perfected execution of equipment finance transactions. This role owns the end-to-end contract management workflow for high-value and non-standard deals, serving as a key operational partner to Sales, Credit, Legal, and Executive Leadership.

In addition to transactional oversight, the Senior Associate is responsible for risk mitigation, process optimization, and knowledge leadership, contributing to the continuous improvement of contract management standards, documentation practices, and operational efficiency across the organization.

This position requires advanced judgment, deep industry expertise, and the ability to influence outcomes across functions.

Essential Duties and Functions include, but are not limited to:
  • Own and manage the documentation and closing lifecycle for transactions, ensuring full alignment with underwriting approvals, program guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform comprehensive reviews of transaction structures, legal documents, and supporting materials, including insurance certificates, guarantees, titles, MSOs, corporate resolutions, and vendor documentation.

  • Oversee lien searches, UCC filings, titling, and perfection of security interests across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring enforceability and audit readiness.

  • Serve as a control point for compliance with internal policies, partner programs, service level agreements (SLAs), and internal/external audit standards.

  • Analyze error trends, recurring issues, and root causes; lead or contribute to corrective action plans and process enhancements.

  • Partner with Legal, Credit, Sales Support, and Operations leadership to refine documentation templates, playbooks, and procedural manuals.

  • Drive consistency, standardization, and scalability across contract management workflows.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for contract structures, documentation requirements, and operational best practices.

  • Train, mentor, and guide Contract Management Associates; provide real-time coaching and knowledge transfer.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives related to system enhancements, workflow optimization, and growth readiness.

  • Serve as a trusted escalation point for complex deal scenarios and operational decision-making.

Qualifications and Competencies:
The successful candidate for Senior Contract Management Associate will be a self-driven, team player with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit and also possess the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Accounting or Paralegal background highly valued)

  • Demonstrated experience in finance, commercial lending, leasing, or contract management, with exposure to complex deal structures

  • Advanced understanding of secured transactions, UCC filings, lien perfection, and multi-jurisdictional requirements

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes transactions concurrently while maintaining accuracy and composure

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
